This article has been removed as a courtesy to one of the persons who were mentioned. Despite the fact that this person's identity was obscured, insult was taken while none was meant. Of course, I will re-evaluate my ideas about sharing insights and even entering that industry based on what I am observing at the moment. Good luck to everyone!
Update 18/11/2016:
Please note: I sent this person in question a friendly email, expressing my regrets and documenting the person's phone call. I took the post that cost me a lot to produce off the web as soon as feasible. Instead of a thank you (or even an apology), I received a nasty reply that I should not send an email ever again (the person initiated the contact). I do understand that this person is emotionally involved at the moment. However, when a sportsperson is making a fair tackle after having been spat in the face, been insulted and called names, then even apologizes himself for having been rough (obviously in a rough game), offering a hand shake, and a tap on the shoulder, in my opinion, it is not a wise move to spit again, show a complete lack of professionalism and every sense of fairness!
Based on this incident I will investigate what standards, what training and licences requirements are applicable in the real estate head hunting/recruiting business and what rules of sportsmanship apply. I read that 'Rugby doesn't know rules - only laws'. I love Rugby if said laws apply to everyone!
